PRODUCT WARRANTY

At Zinora, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. All our smartwatches and straps come with a 1-year limited warranty, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.​

1. Warranty Coverage

 

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use for:

 

Smartwatches

 

  • Internal product malfunctions not caused by misuse or external damage.

  • Battery or screen issues due to manufacturing faults.

  • Strap connectors or components attached to the watch body.

 

Straps

 

  • Manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, damaged connectors, or stitching issues upon arrival.

  • Abnormal wear or breakage caused by a production defect within the warranty period.

 

The warranty is valid for 12 months for smartwatches and 1 month for straps from the date of purchase and applies only to products purchased through authorized Zinora channels.

2. What Is Not Covered

 

The warranty does not cover:

 

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or surface marks.

  • Stains, deformation, or stretching of straps due to prolonged use or improper care.

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.

  • Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or exposure to harsh environments (e.g., moisture, perfume, sweat, chemicals).

3. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

 

  1. Email orders@zinora.my with your Order Confirmation number and product details.

  2. Provide a clear description of the issue and include photos or videos if applicable.

  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 5–7 working days.

  4. Once approved, we will provide further instructions for repair or replacement.

4. Warranty Resolution

 

Depending on the nature of the issue, Zinora may:

 

  • Repair the product at no additional cost.

  • Replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.

  • Offer alternative solutions if repair or replacement is not possible.

 

For straps, replacements are provided only for manufacturing defects, not for wear due to daily use.

5. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

 

  • Warranty return shipping fees are to be initially covered by the buyer.

  • If the claim is approved, Zinora will reimburse the shipping cost or provide a replacement at no charge.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for added security.

7. Important Notes

 

  • Warranty claims must be made within 12 months from the purchase date.

  • Items sent without prior approval may be rejected.

  • Zinora reserves the right to inspect and determine eligibility under this warranty.

  • Replacement products are covered under the original warranty period only.
