At Zinora, we want you to love every piece you receive. If your order arrives with a faulty item, a wrong item, or something is missing, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The original packaging seal is not damaged.

Original label and packaging are intact and unopened.

The product remains unused and in its original condition.

All warranty cards and documentation are included.

The original invoice slip is enclosed with the return parcel. (If lost, it can be reprinted from your account.)
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note: We offer exchanges or store credit only — no refunds.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email orders@zinora.my with your Order Confirmation number and product details.

If applicable, attach clear photos or videos of the issue.

Our team will review and respond within 5 working days.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping

Return shipping fees are to be borne by the buyer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Zinora will not be responsible for parcels lost during the return process.
