RETURNS & EXCHANGE

At Zinora, we want you to love every piece you receive. If your order arrives with a faulty item, a wrong item, or something is missing, we’re here to help.

​​​​Eligibility for Return

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • The original packaging seal is not damaged.

  • Original label and packaging are intact and unopened.

  • The product remains unused and in its original condition.

  • All warranty cards and documentation are included.

  • The original invoice slip is enclosed with the return parcel. (If lost, it can be reprinted from your account.)

 

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: We offer exchanges or store credit only — no refunds.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

  1. Email orders@zinora.my with your Order Confirmation number and product details.

  2. If applicable, attach clear photos or videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 5 working days.

  4. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping fees are to be borne by the buyer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

  • Zinora will not be responsible for parcels lost during the return process.
