User Guide

01. Make or Receive Calls with the Watch (BT Call)​

Android
After pairing the app and the watch, a prompt will appear asking you to pair Zinora Smartwatch.
Tap Pair to enable Bluetooth calling.​​

iOS & Some Android Devices
After pairing the app and the watch, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
Find Zinora Smartwatch in the device list and tap Pair to enable calls.​

Tips

1. Use the latest app version.

2. Requires Android 5.0+ / iOS 9.0+.

3. First iPhone connection: tap Pair to allow calls and messages.

4. First Android connection: allow permissions when prompted.

5. Turn on Bluetooth, GPS, and network before pairing.

6. If pairing fails: restart the watch or select Factory Reset and try again

 

02. Operating Instructions

a. Open the Control Panel
From the home screen, swipe down from the top.

From the home screen, swipe right (left to right) to enter the list-view menu.​

  • To change the menu style, press and hold the menu screen for 3 seconds and freely switch between multiple view styles.

Shortcut Interface.png

d. Open the Shortcut Interface

From the home screen, swipe left (right to left).

  • Long-press the screen to enter the Delete Component or Add Component page and customize the shortcuts.

e. Power On/Off

Press and hold the side button for 5 seconds to turn the watch on or off.

 

f. Side Button Functions

  • Press the side button once to turn the screen on or off.

  • While in the menu, press the side button to return to the previous screen.

Rotate the crown to scroll up or down within menus.

Activity

  • Tracks steps, calories, and exercise duration for the day.

  • View detailed analysis and full data records in the app.

Sleep.png

Sleep

  • Records total sleep time and the duration of deep and light sleep.

  • View detailed analysis and full data in the app.

Heart Rate.png

Heart Rate

  • Measures your current heart rate and supports 24-hour monitoring (enable in the app).

  • View detailed analysis in the app.

Phone Call.png

Phone Call

  • Make and receive calls, view call records, and add contacts via the app.

  • Keep the watch and phone connected at all times when using this feature.

Exercise

  • Supports 100+ sports modes such as walking, running, cycling, skipping, badminton, basketball, football, mountaineering, tennis, rugby, golf, yoga, fitness, dancing, baseball, and elliptical
    training.

  • View detailed analysis and records in the app.

Blood Pressure.png

  • Measures current blood pressure and stores the latest 7 readings.

  • View detailed analysis and records in the app.

Weather.png

Weather

  • Displays today’s weather and a 6-day forecast.

  • Requires an active app connection to update; data will not refresh if the connection is lost for long periods.​​

Messages.png

Messages

  • Syncs phone message notifications and stores the latest 8 messages.

  • Make sure message notifications are enabled in the app.

Camera Control.png

Camera Control

  • After connecting to the phone and opening the app, the watch can remotely control the phone’s camera to take pictures.

Player.png

Player

  • When connected to the app, the watch can control phone music—play/pause, skip tracks, and adjust volume.​​

AI Voice.png

AI Voice

  • Tap the voice assistant and speak the command you want to activate.

Requires Bluetooth connection between the watch and phone.​​

Alarm.png

Alarm

  • Set up to 8 alarms with custom times.

  • The watch will vibrate and light up at each reminder.

Menstrual.png

Menstrual Period

  • Set up the menstrual cycle in the app to receive reminders for the current period, predicted period, and ovulation days on the watch.

Find Phone.png

Find Phone

  • Tap Find Phone on the watch to make the phone vibrate and ring for easy locating.

Games.png

Games

  • Includes Whack-a-Mole and 2048 for quick entertainment anytime.

Screen Clock.png

Screen Clock

  • Displays a digital or analog clock when the screen is off.

Note: Enabling this feature shortens battery life.

Media Audio.png

Media Audio

  • Controls third-party audio playback such as music, TikTok, videos, and movies.

  • Enable to play sound through the watch instead of the phone, or disable to mute.

04. Other Functions

Includes the following handy features:

  • Power Saving Mode – extend battery life.

  • Do Not Disturb – mute alerts.

  • Brightness Adjustment – set screen brightness.

  • Electronic Card Wallet – store cards digitally.

  • Watch Search – locate the watch from the app.

  • 12/24-Hour Format – choose time display.

  • Low Battery Reminder – get notified when power is low.

  • Incoming Call Reminder – alert for calls.

  • Online / Custom Watch Face Push – download or create new watch faces.

  • Unit Setting – switch between metric and imperial units.

  • Wrist-Raise to Wake – turn on screen by raising your wrist.

  • Sedentary Reminder – prompts you to move.

  • Water Drinking Reminder – reminds you to stay hydrate.

  • High Heart Rate Reminder – alerts if heart rate is too high.

  • Goal Achievement Reminder – notifies when daily goals are met.

05. Charging

  1. Place the watch on the charging head, ensuring the contacts on the watch back align fully with the charger’s metal contacts.

  2. Connect the cable to a standard 5 V USB charger with at least 0.5 A output.

  3. Before recharging, wipe the charging contacts clean to prevent issues from sweat or moisture.

06. Warranty

  1. Warranty Period

    • Watch: 1 year warranty from purchase date.

    • Battery & Charger: 6 months warranty from purchase date.

    • Coverage applies to defects in manufacturing, materials, or design under normal use.

  2. Not Covered: ​
    Free warranty is not provided for damage caused by:​ 

    • Unauthorized disassembly or modification.

    • Accidental drops or impact during use.

    • Man-made damage, third-party faults, or misuse (e.g., water entering the case, cracks from external force, scratches, or damage to accessories).

  3. Warranty Claim

    • Provide a warranty card with the purchase date and seller’s stamp.

    • For repairs, bring the product to our service center or authorized distributor.

  4. Product Reference

    • All functions and specifications are based on the actual product.

 

Tips

  • To maintain water resistance, do not remove the back screws or immerse the watch in hot water, hot tea, or corrosive liquids.

  • The product contains a lithium battery. Dispose or recycle it at an approved battery recycling point.
