Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier performance, and public holidays.
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery of the product to the courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for eligible products that meet the conditions stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
We offer exchanges or store credit only; no cash refunds will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation.

6. Warranty

All smartwatches come with a 12-month limited warranty, and straps come with a 1-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or misuse.
