SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Zinora, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. All orders are processed within 1 business day, so you can receive your item as soon as possible.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore.

Processing & Delivery Time

 

Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll process and ship your order within 1 business day.

During campaign periods or peak seasons, processing may take up to 2 business days.​

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1 – 4 business days

  • East Malaysia & Singapore: 5 – 10 business days​

Malaysia

  • Free shipping for orders above RM 50

  • Flat shipping fee of RM 10 for orders below RM 50

Singapore

  • Flat shipping fee of RM 30 per order

Order Confirmation & Tracking

 

Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 1 hour. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

 

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Notification email with tracking details using the same email address provided during checkout. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive it.

PO Boxes & Restricted Delivery Zones

 

We are not able to deliver to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as camps, ports and airports.

If You’re Not Available at the Time of Delivery

Please ensure you’ve provided a complete and valid delivery address along with a reachable mobile number.
If you’re unable to receive the parcel personally, kindly ensure someone is available to accept it on your behalf.
 
Zinora will not be held responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to an incorrect address or the absence of a recipient.

Changing Your Shipping Address or Order

Once your order has been confirmed, we’re unable to make any changes, including updates to the shipping address or items.
 
To avoid any issues, we recommend double-checking your details before completing your purchase. If you need help, you can always reach out to our support team, and we’ll do our best to assist where possible.

If You Haven’t Received Your Order

 

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, we recommend first checking your Shipping Confirmation email for the latest tracking updates or any attempted delivery notifications from our courier partner.

If You’ve Received a Faulty Item

 

We’re so sorry if your item arrived in less than perfect condition. To make it right, please follow our Returns & Exchanges guide for step-by-step instructions on how to start the return process.

If You’ve Received the Wrong Item or an Item Is Missing

 

If you find that an item is missing from your order or you’ve received the wrong item, simply forward your Order Confirmation email to orders@zinora.my and include the full product details of the item in question.

 

Our team will review the issue and get back to you within 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability. 

Cancelling Your Order

Once an order has been confirmed, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or make changes. Please ensure your order details are correct before checkout.
